personal performance coach

In just over three months having
only met face to face twice, I am
   a changed person. I have a brand
new job to begin next month, and the
added bonus of working nearer to home
to give me my life/work balance back.

Used correctly, Coaching can be one of the best  investments you ever make. Where else can you receive one to one attention that focuses solely on you and what you want from your life?

To get the best out of Coaching you must approach it as you would any other investment opportunity – find out all you can about the process; seek referrals from those you know and trust; do your homework on the the best formats for you; prepare any questions in advance so that you can quiz potential Coaches on everything from their methods through to their results and their costs.

All good Coaches will have a bank of past and present clients who they will give you permission to approach for referrals and they should insist on a free initial consultation where you can discuss your requirements and assess their suitability.
I like to keep my fee structure simple and open.

My normal fee is £150 for a 90 minute face to face session (plus travel expenses if significant). 10% and 20% discounts are available for prepaid block booking of  5 and 10 sessions.

Fees include unlimited email and phone contact between sessions to keep things moving
and to make the actual coaching time as cost effective as possible.

There is no commitment required from you in terms of number of sessions although it is very unlikely that one session would provide substantial results.

STOP PRESS! Throughout 2009 funding is available for Leadership and Management coaching and training from The Learning Skills Council. The amounts vary from £500 to £1500. Contact me for further details of this great opportunity to experience the benefits of coaching for free!
