personal performance coach

   The work with Janice
   was instrumental in helping
   me see my core strengths
and understand how best to    deploy them.

In coaching the focus is all about you and therefore it is impossible to have a 'one style fits all' approach. However I do have a number of tools and techniques that I use alongside my personal coaching skills:

DISC profiling – a really useful tool to help people understand both themselves and others.
It helps in a raft of ways from improving communications through to managing employees' workplace expectations – two areas which – when improved – can have a huge impact on the bottom line of a business.

Spectra Self Awareness and Development
Cards –
these unique cards are used to help people identify their natural skills and talents and build up a picture of their overall capabilities.
I have used them to get people into – and out of – jobs and to understand what might be preventing them from moving in a certain direction. Good for recruitment, talent management, transition programmes and many other areas of personal development.
Mind Mapping/Action Planning Sheets –
without direction and action coaching becomes
nothing more than a cosy chat. The Mind Map helps to collect key information and the action planning sheets clearly plot the way forward.

Neuro Linguistic Programming – I am a great believer in the power of the mind and find a lot of NLP techniques to be perfect for helping clients understand the need to change their approach in order to achieve better results.
