| Running and managing a profitable business is a thrilling and rewarding experience. But being at the top of a team can be a very isolated position. Who do you confide in when you need to take your business through a period of change or growth? Who supports you when times are hard and you have some difficult decisions to make that affect those that work with you and for you? Who can you talk to when you are new to a role and you dont want to make a mistake but have no idea how to proceed?
